RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the user intends to make a return, they must notify it within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased goods, to the following e-mail address: info@carbone1950.it
The customer must examine the goods received carefully upon delivery and notify by email info@carbone1950.it in detail to CARBONE 1950 SAS. within 24/48 hours of delivery, any defects found, or submit any other complaint relating to the products.
If the customer does not make the above communication, the products will be deemed definitively accepted and compliant with what was requested in the order. The products must be kept in their integrity and consistency, so that they can be put back on sale; they must show no signs of use, must not be creased, damaged or soiled, nor worn. In particular, they must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags received together with the item. All products must be shipped together with their original pouch and/or box, which is considered for all purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. The user is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from use of the product other than what is necessary to determine the measurements, size, features and fit of the product itself;. All returned products will be subject to careful verification and inspection by CARBONE 1950 SAS. any decrease in the value of the product may be withheld from the amount to be refunded to the user. Return shipping costs are not free, but are entirely borne by the buyer within the timeframes set out in this notice; the dispatch date on the shipping receipt will be proof. These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and – in the event of disputes regarding their interpretation, application and validity – by the jurisdiction of the court of the Court of Lagonegro, without prejudice to the application of mandatory law and jurisdiction established by international treaties and the regulations in force at the time the dispute arises.
