SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
The order is processed the day after the order date and delivered by the courier within 2 (two) business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded).
Special periods /sales or holidays may extend the times indicated above.
The user will be informed of the shipment by e-mail or by phone. The notice will indicate the shipped products and the parcel reference number in order to allow constant tracking.
CARBONE1950 SAS also reserves the right to change the shipping cost during the site’s validity period. If the transport cost is higher than what is shown on the site, the relevant amount will be communicated by CARBONE1950 SAS to the customer before shipment, which will take place only after the customer has accepted the new amount within 3 (three) days from CARBONE1950 SAS’s notice. Delivery is made to the address you provided; if you are unavailable, storage costs will be charged. If CARBONE1950 SAS expects not to be able to meet the delivery terms indicated above, without any liability towards the customer, it will communicate the new delivery conditions of the product to the same, who must confirm the order as amended within 3 (three) days from CARBONE1950 SAS’s notice
Goods Storage
If the ordered goods go into storage, and if 2 (two)/3 (three) days have passed from the same storage date, we reserve the right to have the goods sent back to our warehouses.
With subsequent contact and agreement, we will ship the goods again to the shipping address, applying the charges for the new transport in addition to those incurred for the return of the goods to our warehouses and the charges for any storage, to the customer who placed the order.
In-store pickup
It is possible to pick up the goods at our CARBONE1950 store located at Via Trinità Palazzo Cartolano 123 125 127 Cap. 84036 in Sala Consilina (Sa). In-store pickup is completely free.
Goods booked through the e-commerce site with the in-store pickup option will be held for 48 hours from the order date. If not collected within the above term, it will be put back on sale and the order cancelled.
